Engineering is at the heart of what we do best at TiNi Aerospace. As a young company we are proud to have developed products used by such international organizations as NASA, ESA, and NASDA, as well as industry leaders such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and TRW.

TiNi Aerospace has a full capacity machine shop highlighted by our CNC Arrow 150 Lathe and Hawk 500 Mill. Our machine shop is designed for prototype and low volume production with the mentality that each dimension of every part is critical.

A considerable amount of testing goes into the development, qualification, and acceptance of each new TiNi product. This testing is a big part of providing quality mechanisms for the aerospace industry and we are proud to have performed more than 10,000 releases with our Frangibolt actuators.

TiNi Aerospace, Inc. is an ISO 9001 certified company. All facets of design, manufacturing, inspection, assembly and test, as well as every other product or service related activity performed at TiNi is regulated and controlled under a comprehensive Quality System.
